Oenophiles Rejoice!
Fourth annual JOASW Texas Black Tie Connoisseur Wine Tasting event hosted by Michael Mann and Lori Introducing The 2007 Concours d’Elegance Show Season was a well-attended success. More than 40 members turned out to kick-off the 37th Annual Concours d'Elegance to be held this year on September 21/22 in Las Colinas at the Marriott host hotel and the show field at Las Colinas Country Club. 40+ vintage and modern Jaguars are expected to enter the JCNA sanctioned, juried Concours--the biggest in the state of Texas.
DIFFA Upsidedown Event 2007
Our DIFFA, or Design Industry Foundation Fighting AIDS, event was an immense success. The Dallas chapter of DIFFA is actually the largest and the most triumphant. The private affair, hosted by renowned lawyer Don Gaiser, raised over 1 million dollars. This particular year was the first to also throw an after party—The Bubble Bath After Party.
Where Fashion and Art Connect 06
This glamorous event was co-hosted with Rita Asare of Reetiz Boutique. High-end fashion models sauntered down a runway in gowns, while Christian LaCroix and other designers displayed their sparkling jewelry. Also, artist Renea Menzies exhibited her mesmerizing work.
Expressions in Stone & Bronze 2006
The Expressions in Stone and Bronze event celebrated local sculptor Scott Gentry. Not only were the pieces of art incredible, but the food served was deemed the overall best.
Architectural Digest Design Master's Event 2006
The Design Masters event featured the local masters of the Dallas Area. Included was, artist JD Miller, Stone Legends’ L.Hart Rueter, Specialty Stone Installer Rick Bennett, artist consultant Matthew Broussard
Stone Legends’ Jeff Liston, architect Richard Drummond Davis, Stone Legends’ Jaime V. Johnson, and sculptor Scott Gentry.
Architectural Digest Gala, 2005
Architectural Digest sponsored Galleria Pierra in this spectacular event. Everything from an armadillo race to a harpist playing in our stone courtyard took place. The Old Timey Hollywood theme proved to be a big hit—the staff dressed as reporters and Jessica Simpson and Marilyn Monroe look-a-likes chatted with Hollywood clad guests while food and drinks were being served.
